From 3p.m. you can check-in. If you arrive earlier, we can store your suitcases in the fourth boot at reception.
What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later for a fee depending on the check-out time and subject to availability.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking with a supplement of €12 / day, depending on availability upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the rates for children?
They will be considered babies from 0 to 5 years old and children from 6 to 11 years old. From 12 onwards you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cots available for free. Request it when you make the reservation.
Can I store my bike or ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski by paying a deposit that will be returned at the end.
In summer we offer you a bicycle storage area with video surveillance, a workshop with tools and a cleaning area, upon payment of a € 10 deposit.
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
