What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later for a fee depending on the check-out time and subject to availability.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking available for an additional fee of €14/day, subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the rates for children?
Babies from 0 to 5 years old and children from 6 to 11 years old will be considered as infants. Children from 12 years old will be considered as adults.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cots available for free. Request it when you make the reservation.
Can I store my bike or ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski by paying a deposit that will be returned at the end.
In summer we offer you a bicycle storage area with video surveillance, a workshop with tools and a cleaning area, upon payment of a € 10 deposit.
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
